Job Summary : The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for coffee and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:1. Beverage Preparation :

- Prepare coffee and beverages (Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Cold Coffee, etc.) as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Operate coffee machines and maintain hygiene standards.

2. Customer Service :

- Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
- Recommend menu items and upsell products.
- Ensure quick service and customer satisfaction.

Café Operations :

- Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and service counters.
- Ensure proper stock handling and inventory control.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.

4. Hygiene & Safety :

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and products.

5. Team Coordination :

- Work closely with kitchen and service staff.
- Support team during rush hours.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience as Barista or in café / QSR.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends.
