The Site Supervisor - Real Estate is responsible for overseeing in office construction and finishing activities for real estate projects, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. The role acts as the key point of coordination between contractors, consultants, and the company’s project management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily on-site construction activities for real estate projects (residential, villas, apartments, or commercial buildings)
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, labor teams, and site staff
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies




- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction or finishing issues
- Monitor material usage, delivery, and storage at site
- Report daily progress, manpower status, and issues to the Project/Construction Manager
- Ensure timely completion of milestones and handover readiness
- Coordinate with consultants for inspections, approvals, and snag closures
- Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, safety records, and checklists

Pay: ₹9,684.46 - ₹15,784.28 per month
