Retail Trainer - Personality Development

Location : Dehradun Experience Required : 2-5 years in Retail Training / Personality Development

We are looking for a Retail Trainer who can train and groom retail employees to improve their personality, communication, confidence, and professional behavior . The trainer will work closely with store staff, supervisors, and managers to enhance overall customer experience and employee performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct personality development training for all levels of retail staff

- Improve employees’ communication skills, confidence, body language, and grooming :

- Train staff on professional behavior, workplace etiquette, and customer handling .

- Identify training needs based on employee performance and feedback

- Motivate employees and help them develop a positive attitude





- Evaluate training effectiveness and share improvement reports with management

- Travel to stores/locations as required for training sessions

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Strong communication and presentation skills :

- Fair knowledge of retail operations and customer service :

- Ability to engage and motivate employees

- Confident personality with solid interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle different age groups and experience levels

- Fluent in English and Hindi (local language is an added advantage)
