We are seeking a results-oriented and dedicated HR Recruiter with experience in full-cycle IT recruitment. This role involves managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for our technology teams, from understanding business requirements to successfully onboarding top-tier technical talent. You will be instrumental in scaling our engineering, product, and content teams and will primarily operate as an individual contributor, with opportunities for team guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for full-time and contract positions
- Niche Hiring: Focus on closing mid-level to senior roles across various niche and hard-to-fill technologies within defined timelines (TAT).
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand project needs, define role requirements, and provide regular updates on recruitment activity, offering market insights for informed hiring decisions.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including preparing competitive offer
packages, negotiating salaries, and coordinating background verification and pre-joining engagement to ensure a smooth transition and high offer-to-join ratio.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong track record of hiring across tech and non-tech roles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.
- Experience using ATS tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and dashboard reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
