We Are Hiring: IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical Hiring)

Location : Sector 90, Noida Experience : 2-4 Years Work Mode : Onsite (5.5 Days Working)

AppSquadz is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who has strong experience in technical hiring and can manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle .

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline, and MIS reports
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities

Required Skills : ✔ Experience in IT / Technical Recruitment ✔ Hiring experience for Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, QA & Leadership roles ✔ Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✔ Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
