Production Lead / Manager

Summary

Experience: 7 - 10 Years for B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

- Capable of leading & Guiding a team of Mechanical Engineers engaged in Design & Manufacturing
- At least 4-5 years of Proven experience in a similar role (as a Production Engineer or Supervisor).
- Must be able to interpret engineering drawings
- Proficiency in manufacturing software (ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
- Knowledge of quality standards

1. Should have working knowledge of any CAD Packages like Inventor, Fusion 360, and Solid Works. Certification in CAD package Training and GD & T.

2. Production/raw material planning and scheduling

- Preparation of Design documents 3D CAD models, Assembly, 2D drawings for Assembly line
- Managing inventory
- Preparation of BOM for Material requirement

- Fabrication / machining Vendor development





- Must be conversant with materials like Aluminium, Stainless Steel & Plastics
- Experience in Fabrication processes like Welding, Sheet metal and Machining such as turning, CNC milling etc.
- Precision assembly

- Exposure to Hydraulic systems, structural & flow simulation will be an added advantage

- Should be capable of following-up with vendor for fabrication & inspection

- Exposure to ISO 13485 or CE Certification process and Quality Management systems, working experience in Medical Engineering industry will be an added advantage

- Estimating costs, setting budgets, and reducing expenses.

- Hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating production personnel.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.32 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
