Electrical Maintenance

- Routine inspection and repair of office lighting, power sockets, UPS systems, and electrical panels.

- Troubleshooting electrical faults and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- HVAC & Mechanical Systems

- Operation of air conditioning systems, ventilation units, and water pumps.

- Plumbing & Sanitation

- Repairing leaks, maintaining washroom fittings, and ensuring water supply systems function smoothly.

- IT & Networking Support (Basic)

- Assisting with LAN cable management, basic troubleshooting of routers/switches, and supporting IT teams during hardware setups.

- General Facility Maintenance

- Handling minor carpentry, painting, and furniture repairs.

- Coordinating with vendors for specialized repairs or AMC services.

- Safety & Compliance





- Conducting routine checks for fire safety equipment (extinguishers, fire hydrant system, alarms).

- Supporting audits and maintaining maintenance logs.

- Documentation & Reporting

- Maintaining service records, checklists, and reporting issues to the Admin Manager.

- Knowledge about Microsoft Word, Excel

- Education & Experience :

- ITI in Electrical with 1 to 2 years of experience in maintenance/facility.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
