Job Description - Multi-Skilled Technician (MST)

Position : Multi-Skilled Technician Department : Engineering / Maintenance Experience : 2-5 years Industry : Hotel / Resort / Wellness / Facilities

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and basic civil works
- Attend to guest room and facility maintenance complaints promptly
- Handle minor electrical repairs , lighting, switchboards, and power points
- Perform plumbing work including leakages, fittings, pipelines, and sanitary fixtures
- Support basic carpentry and civil repairs as required
- Assist with AC and refrigeration maintenance (basic level)
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and SOPs
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records




- Coordinate with vendors for major repairs when required

Requirements :

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in hotels, hospitals, or facilities

- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance :

- Ability to work independently and in shifts

- Physically fit and service-oriented

Preferred Skills

- Hotel industry experience
- Basic knowledge of safety and compliance
- Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
