About the role

We are strengthening our in-house marketing capability to drive structured digital campaigns and brand-led communication across multiple business verticals.

We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer to support daily social media content, campaign creatives, and long-form marketing collateral . This is an individual contributor role and suits someone who can work to content calendars and campaign timelines, manage multiple briefs, and deliver consistently within brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

- Design daily social media creatives (primarily static ; light motion where required) aligned to the content calendar
- Develop layouts for case studies, whitepapers, brochures, presentations, and corporate marketing collateral
- Create landing page visuals and digital campaign assets in collaboration with marketing and IT
- Support basic video edits for short promotional content (trim, captions, simple transitions); advanced motion is a plus




- Maintain brand consistency across multiple business units and build reusable templates for scalable output
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs within timelines

Must-have qualifications

- 4-7 years of skilled design experience across digital and print

- Strong command of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Figma :

- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro for basic edits (nice-to-have if stronger)

- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise well, and deliver at pace

Nice-to-have

- After Effects (basic motion graphics)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for ideation/efficiency (optional; not a requirement)
- Experience in B2B or industrial environments

Portfolio requirement (mandatory)

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
