Role Overview : Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily workshop operations and ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Workshop Supervisors, Mechanics, and Advisors.
- Track technician productivity, efficiency, and ensure discipline/attendance.
- Achieve monthly service targets, labor revenue, and spare parts sales.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Reduce repeat complaints/repeat jobs to a minimum.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and coordinate with the parts department to ensure stock availability.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
