Supervise and carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical wiring, panels, motors, DG sets, and other power systems.

- Ensure compliance with the Indian Electricity Rules and safety regulations using a valid C-License.
- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems for preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Maintain logs of repairs, inspections, and energy consumption records.
- Supervise and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing pipelines, water pumps, storage tanks, valves, and sanitary fixtures.
- Identify and fix leaks, blockages, and pressure issues in the water supply and drainage systems.
- Ensure proper water distribution for operational and facility needs.




- Maintain plumbing layout drawings and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Lead a team of technicians and helpers for daily maintenance tasks.
- Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely task completion.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for large-scale installations and repairs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, statutory compliance, and operational standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
