Electrical Operations & Maintenance

Operate, monitor, and maintain all electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, VFDs, and distribution boards.

Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and scheduled servicing of electrical installations.

Ensure uninterrupted power supply to tenants, common areas, and critical facilities.

Compliance & Safety

Strictly adhere to safety regulations, electrical codes, and mall compliance standards.

Maintain logbooks for all electrical operations, energy consumption, and equipment breakdowns.

Coordination & Support

Coordinate with external vendors, AMC service providers, and contractors for specialized works.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily records of electrical consumption,



equipment status, and breakdown reports.

Track inventory of electrical consumables, spares, and tools.

Requirements : Valid B-License (mandatory).

ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Minimum 5/3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in malls, commercial complexes, or large facilities.

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during emergencies.

Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
