Job Title : Electrician

Department : Maintenance / Engineering

Job Summary : The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within the property. The role ensures uninterrupted power supply, safety compliance, and smooth functioning of all electrical installations in guest and operational areas.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and identify faults
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly
- Ensure proper functioning of lighting, power systems, generators, and backup systems
- Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition




- Coordinate with other departments for electrical requirements during events or operations
- Keep records of maintenance work and repairs

Key Skills & Requirements :

- Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical diagrams
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency situations

Qualifications :

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field

Experience :

- 2-4 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in hospitality or commercial facilities
