Position : Indian CDP (Chef de Partie) Location : Yamunanagar Outlet : Pyramid Cafe Lounge and Bar

- Prepare and present high-quality Indian cuisine as per the restaurant standards.
- Handle day-to-day kitchen operations for the Indian section.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards (FSSAI).
- Manage mise en place and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for menu execution and planning.
- Control food cost, minimize wastage, and maintain stock levels.
- Train and guide commis chefs and kitchen staff.
- Follow SOPs, recipes, and kitchen discipline.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as an Indian CDP in a cafe, lounge, or bar.
- Solid knowledge of North Indian cuisine.
- Ability to handle pressure and high-volume operations.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
