Job Description: Job Title : Continental Chef ( CDP ) Department : Kitchen Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Summary : Responsible for preparing and cooking Continental dishes, maintaining food quality, hygiene standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Experience Required : 3+ Years in Continental Kitchen

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare and cook Continental cuisine as per standard recipes and instructions.
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards.
- Handle mise-en-place and stock rotation.
- Assist CDP and Sous Chef in daily operations.
- Follow SOPs and kitchen safety procedures.
- Support training of junior kitchen staff.

Skills : Continental cooking techniques, teamwork, time management, food safety knowledge.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
