Experience : 1-5 years

Qualification : Diploma/Bachelors/Masters in hotel management, food management or in relevant field

Mode : on-site

Location : Agra, Bareilly, Kanpur, Moradabad and Prayagraj (should be comfortable travelling to all the mentioned locations)

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions.
- Provide technical guidance and culinary expertise on chocolate and cocoa portfolio.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention through technical interventions.
- Troubleshoot customer challenges and ensure excellent after-sales technical support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating product quality, versatility, and innovation.
- Prepare regular reports on culinary activities, client training, and market insights.

Requirements & Skills :

- 1-5 years of experience as a Chef, preferably from Bakery, Pastry, Chocolate or Confectionary segment.
- Excellent presentation, training, and customer engagement skills.




- Ability to develop recipes, design menus, and showcase innovation.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in challenging markets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

Note: the interested chef qualified with relevant experience should be either living in Uttar Pradesh, or nearby/in Agra, Moradabad, Kanpur, Bareilly, Prayagraj or those who have lived in Uttar Pradesh or any one of the mentioned places and are willing to relocate may apply.
