Requirements : You will be working alongside a dynamic team of culinary enthusiasts. Your major role will be to organize and prepare food items. The major job responsibilities involve:

- Mise Planning Assistance : Assist in the Mise Planning according to recipes and specifications of the food items.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing : Clean and Sanitize kitchen equipment, fruits and vegetables and workstations.
- Receiving and Storing Deliveries : Receive and store deliveries, checking for accuracy in the quantity and quality of the product.
- Assist with Equipment and Deep Cleaning : Assisting the chefs and KST staff in carrying out equipment and deep cleaning processes as per the process laid out.
- Quality and Safety : Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold high standards of quality and presentation.
- Recipe and Product Knowledge : Alongside,



the kitchen helper will be required to work on the recipe or product knowledge as well.
- Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the kitchen. Follow and adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
