As we expand our footprint across India, we are looking for aFranchisee Onboarding / Development Manager to help build and scale our franchisenetwork.Job Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Cochin
Role Overview
The Franchisee Onboarding / Development Manager will be responsible for managingthe end-to-end onboarding journey of new franchise partners, ensuring smooth storelaunches, and enabling partners to deliver a consistent and high-quality customerexperience while supporting franchise expansion across the assigned state.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle of franchise partners
- Ensure store setup and launch readiness in line with brand standards
- Conduct training on product knowledge, demo processes, and sales approach
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding execution
- Track onboarding timelines and improve operational processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
- Identify and appoint new franchise partners and exclusive stores
- Handle and manage franchise operations for the entire state
- Achieve franchise development and expansion targets
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
