Role Description The Commission Sales Associate role at FindNex is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The associate will identify and engage SEBI-registered investment advisors and analysts, explain the platform’s value proposition, and guide prospective clients through onboarding. Daily tasks include prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, tracking performance against sales targets,



and supporting ongoing relationship management to encourage platform adoption and usage.
Qualifications

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with financial advisors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly explain technology solutions and commercial terms.
- Comfort working with technology platforms, dashboards, and broker-integrated systems; aptitude for learning current tools quickly.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, investment advisory services, and SEBI’s regulatory environment is highly beneficial.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet commission-based targets.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within fintech, financial services, or SaaS is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
