The Revolver Club also operates #ExperienceVinyl centers as local hubs for music lovers in key cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Indore, and Goa.

Role Description

We are looking to hire Junior Accountants with 2–5 years of relevant experience to support our finance and accounting operations.

The role involves maintaining accounting records, reconciling Shopify sales with financial data, managing purchase and import transactions, and assisting with statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, including sales, purchases, payments, refunds, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Reconcile Shopify sales, payment gateways, bank transactions, and accounting records.
- Record import purchases, import payments,



and maintain supporting documentation.
- Maintain cash transactions, cash books, salary entries, and payroll-related accounting.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, supplier statements, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly accounting reports and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with senior accountants and management on daily accounting operations.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of import purchases, import payments, and related accounting entries.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and basic statutory compliance.
- Experience in bank, payment gateway, and sales reconciliations.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Valuable organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounting tasks.
