Urgent Hiring || Head of E-commerce || South Delhi

Profile: Head of E-commerce

Experience: Minimum 15 years

CTC: Up to 24 LPA

Location: South Delhi, India (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

- Take end-to-end ownership of the product business, from product ideation and development to launch, distribution, sales, and profitability.
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead end-to-end product launches, including market research, product positioning, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch performance
- Manage and drive product businesses across E-commerce, B2B, General Trade, and Export channels.
- Identify current market opportunities, customer segments, and potential distribution partnerships.
- Develop and implement channel-specific strategies to maximize product reach, revenue, and market penetration.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective product pricing, sales strategies, and channel management.
- Manage end-to-end product export operations, including international market expansion, regulatory compliance, and distributor partnerships.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, including product development,



launch, performance monitoring, and portfolio optimization.
- Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and profitability strategies for the product portfolio.
- Lead and mentor teams involved in product management and commercial operations.
- Present product performance, business insights, and growth plans to senior management.
- Drive continuous product innovation and expansion of the overall product portfolio.

Requirements:

Education: MBA in Marketing, Product Management, Business Management, or a related
discipline preferred.
•Experience: 15+ years of experience in product management, product business, category management, or a related commercial leadership role.
