Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AV Engineer role based in New Delhi. The AV Engineer will configure, install, and integrate audio-visual systems for corporate environments, including boardrooms, conference rooms, training centers, and collaboration spaces. Responsibilities include setting up and testing video conferencing equipment, digital signage solutions, and related AV infrastructure, as well as performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues. The role involves collaborating with project managers and clients to understand requirements,



preparing documentation such as system diagrams and configuration reports, and supporting user training and handover. The AV Engineer will ensure all systems meet performance, safety, and quality standards while delivering reliable, user-friendly experiences.
Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Audio Visual (AV) Systems and AV Integration, with experience deploying solutions in corporate or enterprise environments.
- Hands-on skills in Video Conferencing platforms and equipment, including configuration, optimization, and user support.
- Practical experience with Digital Signage systems, including content deployment, scheduling, and display management.
- Proficient Troubleshooting abilities across AV hardware, software, connectivity, and network-related issues.
- Knowledge of leading AV and collaboration brands (e.g., Crestron, CISCO, Polycom, Harman, Biamp, Kramer) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, system schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site and in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant technical qualification in electronics, telecommunications, information technology, or a related field; industry certifications in AV or networking are an advantage.
