Job Description: NTT Teacher (Nursery Teacher Training)

Position : NTT Teacher Department : Pre-Primary / Nursery Location : Mount Litera Zee School Samastipur

Reports To : School Principal

Job Summary

An NTT Teacher is responsible for teaching and caring for nursery and kindergarten students (ages 3-5) . The teacher creates a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment that supports children's early development, including language, social, emotional, and basic academic skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for nursery students.
- Teach basic skills such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, and straightforward words.
- Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, rhymes, games, art, and play-based learning.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment .
- Monitor and support children’s physical, emotional, and social development .
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and behavior .
- Prepare lesson plans,



teaching materials, and classroom activities .
- Manage classroom discipline in a kind and patient manner .
- Organize school activities, celebrations, and events for young children.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Certificate in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Early Childhood Education .
- Minimum Graduation (depending on school requirement).
- Basic knowledge of child psychology and early learning methods .

Skills Required

- Patience and love for working with young children
- Creativity and storytelling ability
- Good communication skills
- Classroom management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (optional)

Experience

- 0-2 years experience in preschool or nursery teaching preferred (freshers may also apply).

Pay: ₹9,105.95 - ₹20,000.61 per month
