Key Responsibilities

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and performance evaluations
- Use maps, charts, presentations, and activity-based learning methods to enhance understanding
- Encourage classroom discussions, debates, and project-based learning
- Provide remedial support and doubt-clearing sessions for students
- Ensure timely syllabus completion and effective revision planning
- Guide students in project work, assignments, and examination preparation
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning workplace
- Participate in academic meetings, school events, exhibitions, and co-curricular activities
- Communicate student progress and academic performance with parents and academic coordinators

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Social Science, or related field

- B.Ed. mandatory :

- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills

- Ability to motivate students and encourage active participation

Preferred Skills





- Experience in preparing question papers, worksheets, and assessment materials
- Smart classroom teaching experience
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to make lessons engaging
- Familiarity with CBSE assessment patterns and academic standards
