1. Vice Principal (Experienced)

Qualifications :

- Postgraduate Degree in any discipline
- B.Ed. (Mandatory as per CBSE norms)
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience , with at least 3-4 years in an administrative/leadership role in a CBSE school

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist the Principal in academic planning and school administration
- Oversee curriculum implementation as per CBSE guidelines
- Supervise teaching staff and ensure quality classroom delivery
- Monitor student performance, discipline, and overall school environment
- Coordinate examinations, timetables, and academic schedules
- Lead teacher training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, safety standards, and documentation
- Act as a bridge between management, staff, students, and parents

Requirements :

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of CBSE curriculum and affiliation requirements
- Proficiency in school administration and digital systems

2. Mathematics Teacher (PRT/TGT/PGT - Based on Qualification)

Qualifications :





- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Mathematics
- B.Ed. (Mandatory for TGT/PGT as per CBSE norms)
- Relevant teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver effective and engaging Mathematics lessons
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments
- Develop problem-solving and analytical skills in students
- Track student progress and provide timely feedback
- Integrate technology and contemporary teaching methodologies
- Participate in school activities, examinations, and academic planning

Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to handle different learning levels
- Passion for teaching and student development
