- Teaching & Lesson Planning : Deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons for high school or middle school students (depending on grade levels). Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
- Classroom Management : Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment for students. Maintain student participation and engagement throughout lessons.
- Assessments & Feedback : Design and administer regular tests, assignments, and quizzes. Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their understanding and academic performance.
- Lab Supervision : Ensure the smooth running of laboratory sessions, explaining experiments and guiding students in practical work safely.
- Student Counseling :
Address student queries and provide academic guidance to help them understand complex concepts.
- Parent & Staff Coordination : Communicate with parents about student progress and work closely with fellow teachers to align educational goals.
- Professional Development : Keep updated with the latest teaching methods and developments in the field of Chemistry education.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (preferably in a school or coaching setting).
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
