- Child Safety & Care : Ensure a safe, hygienic, and supervised setting for all children throughout the school day.
- Social Development : Encourage positive social behavior, sharing, and emotional regulation among students.
- Parent Coordination : Maintain a close link with parents regarding the child’s daily progress, eating habits, and behavioral changes.
- Classroom Decoration :



Maintain an attractive and colorful classroom environment that stimulates learning.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education : Graduate in any stream with NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or Montessori Training or D.El.Ed. :

- Soft Skills : Extreme patience, high energy levels, and a motherly/nurturing disposition.

- Communication : Ability to speak and understand both Hindi and English clearly.

- Creativity : Skills in arts, crafts, and storytelling are highly valued.
