Job Title : Primary Years Programme Coordinator (PYPC) Location : Vadodara

Role Overview : The PYPC leads the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IB Primary Years Programme, ensuring alignment with IB standards and fostering a culture of inquiry-based learning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and oversee the implementation of the IB PYP framework across grades
- Support teachers in unit planning, inquiry-based learning, and assessments
- Ensure curriculum alignment with IB standards and school vision
- Facilitate collaborative planning meetings and professional development
- Monitor teaching-learning practices and provide instructional guidance
- Maintain documentation for IB authorization/evaluation processes
- Engage with parents and stakeholders to build understanding of the PYP
- Drive a culture of reflection, innovation,



and continuous improvement

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education or relevant field
- IB PYP training/certification preferred
- 5-8 years of teaching experience (PYP experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Deep understanding of inquiry-based and concept-driven learning
