Key Responsibilities Child Care & Safety

- Ensure constant supervision of children during day care hours.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly workplace .
- Follow school policies related to child protection, safety, and POCSO guidelines .
- Assist children with daily routines such as meals, rest time, toileting, and hygiene.

Learning & Development

- Engage children in age-appropriate activities (storytelling, art & craft, music, free play).
- Support development of social skills, language, fine and gross motor skills .
- Encourage positive behavior, good habits, and emotional well-being.
- Assist pre-primary teachers with basic learning reinforcement where required.

Health & Well-being

- Monitor children’s health and report any concerns immediately.
- Administer basic first aid when required (as per school policy).
- Ensure timely snacks/meals and maintain cleanliness before and after meals.

Communication & Coordination

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child’s routine, behavior, and well-being.
- Coordinate with teachers, helpers, and school administration .
- Maintain attendance, daily activity logs, and child records.

Classroom & Resource Management

- Maintain day care rooms, toys, learning materials, and sleeping areas.




- Ensure materials are clean, organized, and safe for use.
- Follow daily schedules and routines consistently.

Qualifications & Skills Educational Qualification

- Minimum Graduation (Early Childhood Care & Education preferred).
- Certification in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT is an added advantage.

Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in day care / pre-primary / kindergarten preferred.
- Freshers with relevant training may also be considered.

Skills & Competencies

- Warm, patient, and caring attitude towards children.
- Valuable communication skills (English & regional language preferred).
- Ability to handle young children calmly and responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and early childhood development.

Working Hours

- 10.00 am to 6.00pm

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,020.88 - ₹28,000.00 per month
