Job Title: Vice Principal Employer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal to support the Principal in leading our school community. The Vice Principal will play a key role in maintaining high academic standards, promoting student well-being, supporting staff performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day school operations.

Position Purpose

The Vice Principal works closely with the Principal to provide instructional leadership, manage school operations, support teachers and staff, and create a safe, inclusive, and productive learning workplace for all students.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist the Principal in planning, implementing, and evaluating academic and school-wide programs
- Supervise teachers, support staff, and students to ensure effective teaching and learning
- Support curriculum delivery, classroom instruction, and assessment practices
- Manage student discipline and behavior in line with school policies and regulations
- Promote a positive school culture focused on respect, responsibility, and achievement
- Assist with staff evaluations, mentoring, and professional development
- Support scheduling, timetabling, examinations, and daily school operations
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations, safety standards,



and school policies
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders
- Act as Principal in the absence of the Principal, when required

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Master’s degree in Education.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong understanding of curriculum standards and student support systems
