Role : Lead and manage the school’s academic and administrative functions to ensure high-quality education and overall development of students.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee curriculum planning, teaching quality, and student outcomes.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and staff.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and a positive school setting.
- Manage daily operations, timetables, and school policies.
- Monitor assessments and academic progress.
- Coordinate with parents and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with board guidelines (CBSE/ICSE).

Requirements :

- Master’s degree with B.Ed (mandatory).
- 4-10 years of teaching experience, with leadership exposure in ICSE school.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle both academic and administrative responsibilities.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,474.55 per month
