Travel: Outside base locations and PAN-India, as per program requirements

Role Highlights
- Deliver teacher training programs (online & in office) across South India
- Mentor and manage state-level trainers
- Support classroom implementation of PATH tools (HiPATH App,
OMRs, etc.)
- Engage with school leaders, education departments & government stakeholders
- Monitor outcomes and support program scale-up
- Represent the South Region in national-level trainings

Eligibility
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education / Social Work / Development Studies (or related fields)
- B.Ed. preferred
- Minimum 5 years of teaching/training experience
- Age: 30+ years
- Strong facilitation, leadership & communication skills
- Proficiency in English and regional language(s)
- Passion for education reform and capacity building

₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & suitability)
