- Academic Dean - High School (Math/Physics/Chemistry) :

- Vice Principal - Pre-Primary & Primary

Role 1: Academic Dean - High School (Math/Physics/Chemistry)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall High School academic operations and performance
- Manage Math/Physics/Chemistry departments with strategic planning
- Ensure curriculum execution as per CBSE/State Board standards
- Drive student performance in Board and competitive examinations
- Conduct classroom observations and academic audits
- Mentor and train faculty to improve teaching effectiveness
- Develop assessments, test papers, and evaluation frameworks
- Analyze academic data and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain discipline and academic rigor across grades

Requirements :

- Master’s Degree in Math / Physics / Chemistry (B.Ed preferred)
- 3-6 years of teaching experience with 1+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in delivering academic results

Role 2: Vice Principal - Pre-Primary & Primary Key Responsibilities

- Oversee Pre-Primary and Primary academic programs
- Implement child-centric and activity-based learning methodologies




- Monitor lesson planning, classroom delivery, and assessments
- Ensure student discipline, safety, and engagement
- Handle parent communication and conduct PTMs
- Train and mentor teachers for continuous improvement
- Support admissions and school operations

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with B.Ed (mandatory)
- 2-4 years of teaching experience with leadership exposure
- Strong understanding of early childhood and primary education
- Excellent communication and team management skills
