Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Operations:

- Welcome members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle member check-ins and ensure accurate attendance tracking.
- Address customer questions, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively.

Sales and Membership Growth:

- Actively promote gym memberships, class packages, and retail products to potential clients.
- Conduct tours of the facility to showcase gym amenities and programs.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and walk-ins.

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of memberships, contracts, and sales.
- Process payments and manage daily cash handling and reporting.
- Support the team in scheduling classes and coordinating bookings.

Qualifications and Skills:





- Previous experience in a receptionist, sales, or customer service role, preferably in the fitness or sports industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
