Job Summary

The Guest Relations Officer (GRO) is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by welcoming visitors, addressing queries, resolving concerns, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The role serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in enhancing customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests in a skilled and friendly manner.
- Assist guests with information regarding games, attractions, offers, memberships, and events.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with operations staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain guest records and collect customer feedback.
- Ensure cleanliness, ambiance, and guest readiness of reception and waiting areas.
- Promote ongoing offers, birthday packages, memberships, and special events.
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Support guest check-in, bookings, and event coordination activities.
- Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
