We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to work at our car showroom and service center . The role involves handling customers, preparing job cards, and coordinating with the workshop team to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Welcome customers at the car showroom/service reception :

- Understand vehicle service requirements and customer complaints

- Prepare accurate job cards and explain estimates and timelines

- Coordinate with Job Controller, Technicians, and Parts department

- Take customer approval for additional repairs, if required

- Update customers on job progress and delivery status

- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements :

- Good communication and customer handling skills




- Knowledge of automobile service processes
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Basic computer knowledge (DMS / Excel preferred)

Qualification :

- 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (Automobile preferred)

Experience :

- 1-3 years in a car showroom or automobile service center .

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
