We are looking for a friendly and responsible Cashier with prior experience in the food industry to manage customer billing, handle payments, and ensure smooth front-counter operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Generate and issue bills using POS systems .
- Maintain daily cash balance and billing records .
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with orders.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure correct order processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter .
- Handle customer queries and basic complaints politely.
