Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and take food & beverage orders
- Handle billing using POS (Point of Sale) system
- Accept payments (cash, UPI, card) and provide correct change
- Issue bills, receipts, and manage daily transactions
- Maintain cash counter and ensure accuracy in cash handling
- Answer customer queries about menu items and offers
- Upsell products and suggest add-ons
- Coordinate with kitchen/barista team for order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of billing counter and front area
- Assist in packing takeaway orders
- Track daily sales and report any discrepancies

Requirements :

- Previous experience as cashier / café staff preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing software
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic maths and cash handling ability
- Ability to work in quick-paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts (weekends/holidays)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
