- Greet customers and provide friendly service.

- Handle complaints politely and inform the Captain/Manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.
- Follow restaurant SOPs and maintain punctuality.
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service.
