- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as needed
- Handle cash drawers and balance at the beginning and end of shifts
- Scan, weigh, and bag merchandise efficiently
- Resolve basic customer questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines
