Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer billing and invoice generation through the POS/billing system.
- Accept payments via cash, debit/credit cards, UPI, and other digital methods .
- Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain proper cash balance in the cash drawer.
- Issue receipts and bills to customers after every transaction.
- Maintain daily sales and payment records accurately.
- Perform cash reconciliation at the start and end of the shift .
- Coordinate with sales staff and showroom manager for smooth checkout operations.
- Assist customers politely during the billing and payment process .
- Report any billing discrepancies, system errors, or cash shortages to management.
- Follow company policies for financial security, documentation, and confidentiality .
