Position Title : Customer Service Executive

Description : DropTechy is looking for confident and motivated Customer Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves communicating with international customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into sales while delivering a skilled customer experience.

Responsibilities :

- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Handle sales inquiries and follow up on potential leads
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 months experience in any international process
- Fluent English speaking and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach




- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
