We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Services Associate to join our team and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Assist customers in navigating our platform, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth usage of our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints, answering queries, and following up as necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and customer service standards.

Key Requirements :

- Experience : 1-3 years in customer service or support roles,



preferably in health insurance or healthcare.

- Languages : Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Proficiency in at least one.

- Skills and Competencies :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric attitude.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

- Proficiency in using customer support software/tools and MS Office.

- Multilingual proficiency will be a significant advantage in serving diverse customers.
