Key Responsibilities

- Handle telecalling activities to coordinate with customers, garages, and internal teams

- Provide customer support and address queries related to vehicle inspections and claims

- Coordinate and schedule vehicle inspection activities :

- Follow up on documents, estimates, and approvals :

- Work closely with internal teams for claims processing and updates :

- Maintain proper records of communication and status updates

Skills & Requirements

- Solid verbal communication skills (English + Tamil preferred)

- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities :

- Ability to handle multiple follow-ups and tasks efficiently

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
