Key Responsibilities :
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and manage billing/POS transactions
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Provide table service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation and operational tasks
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the outlet
- Prepare daily sales reports and support daily operations
Requirements :
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or food service role is preferred but not required
