Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status and delivery updates.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with operations, documentation, transporters, and overseas agents.
- Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of freight forwarding experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of import/export logistics.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
