Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages to guests as per service standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain hygiene and follow food safety standards.
- Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills :

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.




- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Teamwork and coordination skills.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 10+2 / Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred) .
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant, café, or hotel service preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Additional Requirements

- Presentable personality.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types : Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
