Educational Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) :
- Graduate (any stream) is preferred but not always mandatory.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
- Customer service attitude and polite behavior
- Basic computer knowledge (POS system, billing, ticketing, MS Office)
- Ability to handle customer complaints and queries professionally
- Teamwork and coordination with other departments
- Ability to work in shifts , weekends, and holidays
Experience (preferred)
- 0-2 years experience in:
- Cinema / Multiplex
Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
