We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our Toyota dealership. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our team, ensuring outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales care
- Coordinate with sales, service, and the finance team for a seamless customer journey
- Monitor customer satisfaction, report trends, and provide feedback to management
- Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred




- 1-3 years of customer service or client-facing experience (automotive industry or finance experience is a plus)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
