About: Coinsell Technology Private Limited operates a regulated virtual digital asset platform in India. We are a reporting entity under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and are progressing FIU-IND VDASP registration.

Role summary: Hands-on AML and KYC officer supporting the AML Compliance Manager. Own day-to-day CDD, ongoing monitoring, case investigation, and documentation so Coinsell meets PMLA / FIU-IND expectations.

Coinsell's compliance stack is AI-assisted and highly automated. People in these roles are the human in the loop: they review edge cases, approve escalations, and own decisions the models and rules cannot.

Key responsibilities:

Perform and review customer due diligence (CDD/KYC), including enhanced due diligence where required

Monitor transactions and alerts; investigate and escalate suspicious activity for STR consideration

Maintain complete, audit-ready KYC and monitoring records

Help update AML policies, checklists, and training materials





Support FIU-IND and audit information requests under the AML Compliance Manager

Coach Compliance Analysts on KYC quality and turnaround

Requirements

Minimum 2 years hands-on AML/KYC, CDD, or transaction-monitoring experience (bank, NBFC, payments, fintech, or VDA preferred); 4-5 years preferred

Working knowledge of PMLA / PML Rules and Indian KYC practice

Based in New Delhi / NCR

Strong documentation habits and explicit English

Comfortable with case tools, spreadsheets, and regulated workflows

Nice to have: Prior STR drafting support or FIU reporting exposure; CAMS or equivalent; Experience in a first-build compliance team
